Dr. McNinja Fanart

I love webcomics, and my favorite webcomic ever is The Adventures of Dr. McNinja. Warning: it has a lot of blood, violence, and swearing. I've been following it faithfully since 2011. The creator of the comic, Chris Hastings, beautifully balances humor and plot with spontaneous, random things like raptor-riding banditos. The comic turned 10 last year and is scheduled to end very soon.

I discovered the comic when I was 14, and it taught me a lot about art and storytelling. Dr. McNinja taught me that it's okay to do terrible things to my characters, because that makes them stronger and more interesting, and it won't necessarily stop me from having a happy ending. Hastings' art style also influenced mine as I tried to figure out what kind of artist I was.

For the record, I liked Radical until he called Doc "paddy boy." And then I was like "nevermind, go kick his butt Doc"
